Great food, happy we went, and a lovely experience. The food was big portion and tasty. Must experience this place once in your life. For 6 ppl our bill was only 200ish. For two ppl, a meal and dessert ifbyou make it. Could cost you close to $100. But it worth it. You live once.

The chicken was the best thing here but it could be better. Everything served tastes like great value from Walmart. The ice cream was horrible. You would expect from the price they would serve haagen-dazs ice cream or something. The fries tasted like air. It was crazy, the fries were literally empty. It was like hitting into a shell. The drinks were flat. Like I’m really disappointed. You see all the celebrities and the things that’s supposed to make the restaurant feel pretty extravagant but it’s cheap and it isn’t cute. Then they try to get u with pictures and then use AI to sell you cute characters of yourself. Overall 4/10. My local restaurants do better.

This review is about our server Peyton and Peyton only. From the moment we came in til the moment we left she was absolutely fabulous. She was friendly, welcoming and cared for our needs. We have visited the NYC location before and it was horrific so I didnt have high hopes when my granddaughter wanted to dine here tonight for her birthday but Peyton changed that for sure! Give that girl a management position because she rocks! We will definitely be back and hope to see Peyton again

The Sugar Factory in Cherry Hill, NJ is a wonderful place to eat & gather. My daughter enjoyed her 15th birthday here & our family was thrilled. The wings, mac n cheese pops, rainbow sliders & the grilled chicken sandwich were all delicious. Finally the staff was excellent especially our server "Janet." They brought out a milkshake with a lit sparkle & sang happy birthday to my daughter. The Sugar Factory gets high marks from me!

I had a great experience at Sugar Factory, thanks to Clarissa’s amazing service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. She really added to the overall vibe and made us feel taken care of. I also loved my drink the Lemonade Smash (without strawberry) was super refreshing, perfectly balanced, and exactly what I needed. Between the great service and delicious drinks, it was definitely an enjoyable experience. I’ll be back for sure!
